If you go into Arcade Automatic mode then the vehicle will automatically shift into neutral when you aren't pressing the gas so it won't creep.

Oh ok. I've got Direct X 10 on my Windows 10 as the latest and BeamNG still works. So is it just DX9 that is required?
Check what version of Direct X is currently installed on your computer by typing "dxdiag" in the Windows search and let us know.
Have you done all of your Windows Updates? Also, what OS did you upgrade from? Windows 7 or Windows 8?
