Hey, I PM'd you with the solution, but will post it in the thread too, for other people. I had the exact same problem on my Thrustmaster t300rs...
Windows 10 64bit, Thrustmaster t300, 300+fps on low, read the FFB setup guide on the wiki many times over and tried all imaginable configurations...
I did not state that. "Gravil Grand Marshal and both Ibishu Pessimas, or Hirochi Sunburst, SBR4 and ETK 800 are the same car" is what I said....
I suspected that the reason might be technical. Makes me glad that it's a temporary limitation and not a decision. Thanks for your reply!

Nice pack! Do you think you could port it to the new ETK 800? It's much more similar to the hatchback police cars I saw here.
