I have recently started using the indestructible engine mod and I am having so much more fun in this game. https://www.beamng.com/resources/indestructible-engine-blocks-adjustable-nos.9677/ Two of my favourite things to do are drifting and hill climbs and I cannot use high powered 4WD cars for either because they will overheat almost immediately when drifting and I can't do a proper run at Pikes Peak in the Vivace Hillclimb without having to take it easy to save the engine. Can we please get some better radiators so we can push these cars and have fun without cheating?
My point is the sort of thing shouldn't need a mod, in this sort of open ended game being able to drive around like Ken Block should be at least possible with built in parts. Making me download a mod to do it makes me feel like a cheat and it takes away the fun.
Considering hillclimb cars in real life can make it up Pikes Peak without overheating I don't think such radiators would be unrealistic.
For context here is one of my runs up Pikes Peak. This can't be done in the standard game, you'd have to deliberately slow down or the car will have overheated before the half way point.
I don't know if you (or real-life Pikes Peak drivers) floors it all the way the finish line, but I don't think it's unreasonable for 10 minutes of flat-out driving to make a car toasty.
Oh yeah, toasty for sure. But cars regularly make it up Pikes Peak at full blast with adequate cooling, all I ask is for a radiator that can do that.
What about the ultra high performance or something radiator? I think the Cherrier got it in the last update
