I think you guys should add either a town scene with houses and stuff, or a massive destruction hill like the one you can see in the Brutal Slope mod (here: https://www.beamng.com/threads/brutal-slope.4296/ ) but with more, maybe an oval circuit, or baja circuit (as there are now trophy trucks in the vanilla game now with not many places to race them without mods). If non of the new things spark your minds, then you could use up some of the open space behind the skycurve track to put the crash testing objects instead of having them right in the center of where you would want to drive to reach the loop or the big jump. Thanks..
I'm not sure what specs you have, but to answer the first part of what you said, the gridmap is supposed to be easy to load, even on low-spec computers. That's why they don't have a ton of objects, particularly buildings.
Yeah, I think to myself sometimes, and it goes something like this: "well, we'll start by making it twice as big..." Then I end with "...and that'll take my computer about as long to load as Roane County" (20+ minutes sometimes )
Agreed.. me having a potato laptop, WCUSA takes forever to load... Gives me 20 fps.. gridmap take's mere seconds.. gives me 30 fps...
Treadmill to reach top speed without having to need a huge area for it. EDIT: I guess that would be prop only so nevermind.
Only suggestion I have is to add some sort of offroad dirt track with different levels of bumps, different amounts of rocks, maybe even mud, etc. This could be placed on one of those big empty areas around the corners of the "testing area."
Maybe some fun destruction stuff like a spike fall or whatever to fill up the space near T h e C o r n e r
Yeah I agree. I feel like most of the stuff is located in the center of the whole thing, and there isn't much stuff around the corners with those huge empty areas.
I think a few more offroad sections would not be amiss. That way you could race around the current outside ring and have more offroad portions to make it more like a rally if you so choose.
