Hey there everyone, Today we have an announcement to make, albeit it is not a very pleasant one. We have decided to postpone the release of the update to the next planned date (December 3rd) due to major time constraints and their effects on the development of the update. Things were shaky within the team last month, and in our aim of creating content of a high-quality standard, we have decided that postponing the update is the best thing to do. This will give us extra time to actually fully implement everything we had planned, as well as introducing bug fixes. Those who are supporting us on Patreon however can get access to PEA 1.1.4.xx and test it for themselves which will be made available later today. (--Message copied from our official Discord server--) Hello @everyone, If you are wondering why all of our game servers are down right now, well, let me tell you. Yesterday, on Thursday, November 25th on 10:19 PM UTC, two men forcefully came into my house. They started messing around by the window of my dorm, and naturally, I took my phone and started recording; I knew something was wrong. I politely said: "Can you stop touching my window?" I got no response. It was rainy outside, so I heard footsteps. Approximately 1 minute later, one of them started busting down my door. It took 8 kicks to kick down the door. Then it all happened; I got attacked by one of the two men, while the other one took my PC. I got about 20 blows to my head and body, the guy who attacked threatened to kill me if I did not hand over my phone. I still refused to hand over my phone; even though that I did realize it could've meant that I'd probably die. I managed to protect myself by protecting my face, knowing that my body is more resilient against violence than my head is. Luckily, besides a few cuts and bruises, I am okay. Thankfully, they did not take my laptop nor my server. This means that I still have all the files related to the GTG Mods Team in my possession. This does not mean that I have access to these files though, as the police has taken my room to do a forensics check. Soon however, we'll have access to them again. Unfortunately, this does mean that our services will not be coming back online this year because I need to find a new place to live. I'll be happy to answer any questions you have regarding my situation. I have been working on reducing data-loss and have made a series of protocols for situations like these. This is what I like the call a Top-Class situation, thus we're going into our **Doomsday Protocol**. The rest of the team is *not* aware of these protocols. What is the **Doomsday Protocol**? This protocol is for Top-Class situations in which we halt all work on everything we're doing. Servers will be shut-down, projects and development will be halted, and this protocol lasts a minimum of 2 weeks, and could very well be extended. I hope to have informed you regarding the situation. Oh gosh...I hope you're okay! To be completely honest, I was kind of looking forward to the F2 getting updated, but scratch that, the mod can wait. Hopefully everything works out with your situation.

What the heck, I don't know if I'm more shocked from the fact that it happened, or the fact that you were actually prepared for this prior, like it's the most unexpected thing ever, has this like happened before and you knew it would happen again, or what?
Glad you're alright man. Don't know if you are aware of it, but most phones these days have an Emergency SOS button combo built into them. If you were to hold down both the volume down and the power button, after a few seconds it'd automatically dial 911 on an Apple device. (For my phone, a Huawei - I'd have to press the pwr button 5 times in a row for it to auto-dial 911, I'd assume this is standard across all android devices.) It's something to know... in case something like this ever happens again, which hopefully it won't - to any of us here. Not all of us have firearms or the strength to protect ourselves with - this, ^ is one of the ways we can make use of. Regardless, I'm glad you're alright man. I hope for you a quick recovery, both mentally and physically.
holy shit. i dont even know what to say.. at least you didnt have any major/serious injuries (apart from the mental shock) I hope you get better soon! and also figure out why all this shit happened in the first place
it sucks and i hope everything turns out ok but this is exactly the kind of reason why you should probably invest if some kind of personal defense weapon.
jesus christ man! you should have a gun at all times! or a blunt melee weapon to defend yourself against those assholes!
then you get the potential of something like this becoming worse, you might be able to defend yourself or the others get the weapon.
Thanks for your concerns folks! I really appreciate it! This has actually hasn't to me before. I just happen to be able to figure things like that out prior based on one's actions. Thank you for your concerns! I'm aware of that. Where I'm from, weapons are illegal and carry very high sentences with them. I recorded their entry. Weapons are illegal where I am from. Besides, the area where it happened is too small to make use of any melee tactical defense tricks.

Again, if one of them proves to be fatal then you would still see a lot less of me. Where I'm from it's nearly impossible to defend yourself without getting into legal issues. The way I did it is the smartest way to handle it considering the laws in my country.
Hello folks! I'm pleased to announce that we are currently getting things ready to release Public 1.1.4x of the Gavril Barstow F2. We expect the update to release in about 7 hours on our website, and tomorrow at the latest on the BeamNG repo. There are a few things to note about the update which should be taken into account, as the update is technically not complete. There is, however, very little we can do about that as of this moment considering the chaotic couple of months we've had and the now really big financial struggle I myself (the founder) am in. Hosting servers and texturing software licenses aren't done for free you know. Give us a bit of time to release hotfixes to complete the update which should be done during the month.
