Help With Horns On Mod Cars

So I installed this mod car but the horn on it does nothing even when it's spawned as traffic. Everything else works on the car and it's a fairly recent good model. The horn works on all my other cars and mod cars.

How do I fix this?

My advice is, don't download from 3rd party sites. (sites that aren't beamng.com) There aren't any range rovers on here. (or do you mean gen 2 defender)

If so the horn doesn't work because it was made before horns were added to the game
