T-Series Showtruck Deleted Mod?

I was browsing around as I usually do on a normal day, when I noticed a video by Neilogical. I decided to watch it as it had a very interesting hood and side skirts for the T-Series. I watched the video and looked in the description. The mod wasn't there! I was confused and thought to myself, "Where would've Neil got this mod?" I decided to search "Showtruck" and "Show" on this website, but to my attempt, no results.
