No, Capsule is inspired by Routemaster/Wrightbus, not by continental European brands. --- Post updated --- Latest version is present in /mods/repo. --- Post updated --- the same from inside - obvious misalignment.
I can reproduce the same issue after replacing the previous version with the current one without clearing the cache. Are you sure you have cleared the cache (or deleted the temp folder)?
Well the game files themselves went corrupted before I had a chance to try again. I will restore the backup and try again after reinstalling the game.
will the hybrid versions get the new electric motor sounds that the pure ev versions got? Also, may I suggest adding some sort of fan sound or humming sound to the ev versions as many electric buses arent totally silent even at standstill.
2 axle double deckers tend to be 11 metres or shorter. --- Post updated --- Don't throw away the source files for the old, shorter rears tho. Those will be relevant for biarticulated variants (22m 4 axle, 25.25m 4 axle, 30m 5 axle).
True, perhaps it can be based on the front section of the updated articulated models seeing as it's slightly shorter now.
Does it work after reloading (ctrl+R)? If not, try changing the default gearbox behavior to "realistic" in options > gameplay.
Can you add a 9 meter single deck variant? The 12m single deck isn't quite good for navigating the narrow and curved streets of Italy
Or maybe an not so realistic but fun articulated 12m variant that should in theory be more maneuverable
I have another random suggestion, its just the electric bus thats kinda bugging me, even though the motors sound like Proterra bus motors which I like, but when its not moving, it literally makes no noise. I think it would be good if it at least had an intermittent air compressor noise, or a constant buzz, like a trolley, I dont know. Or a fan. Just not complete silence. And of course I do think that those destination screens and the navigator should be shut off if the ignition is off but thats probably a problem with default vehicles also. By the way, I think the 60 foot single deck is my new favorite bus, especially after moving the turntable forward a bit to make turns more realistic, even though sometimes if you square a turn or max angle the bus too hard the bellows get stuck and the bus kind of pulls, but that might be my fault.
That happens IRL as well. Maximum bending of an articulated bus is about 35 degrees. --- Post updated ---
