how do you use hydrolics

 

i just downloaded it but i cant seem to get the forks up, no idea what the controls are. I dont have any errors in my debug chat, but it doesnt work for me

 

Any chance to add compatability with Advanced Steering mod? Pedals and steering dont work if Adavanced steering mod is active. https://www.beamng.com/resources/advanced-steering.24284/

Great surprise update! Are you working on any of your other mods?

 

Amazing mod, gets a lot of use from me. Would love to see a version thats similar to those semi-mounted forklifts. Yknow, the ones that can hook into the back of a semitruck for transport.

 

I noticed the ffb was reversed (don't ask me why i'm using this with a wheel), putting -1 in the ffbcoef part of the steering seems to work but it gets very aggressive, but since it's a forklift i'd say lowering it to 0.1 is good since it fixed the oscillations and you don't need much ffb anyways

 

Excellent mod, I really enjoy using it! Although, I would just try to slow down lowering of fork, cause right now it's a bit to fast.

 

That's not really a thing I'm interested in doing right now as while I can reuse some parts, it's still a whole new vehicle to be made nearly from scratch, and it would need a purpose made trailer to be useable like the real thing.

Thanks for the info. I thought I had deactivated FFB on it, but might be missremembering.

IIRC it's based on documentation I've found for a similar forklift. Main issue with the default controls is you're limited to full speed lowering, or no lowering, with no in-between.

 

There is an issue with the friction between payload with cement bags and Gavril H series flatbed. When this palette is loaded onto the flatbed, it just moves around like it doesn't have any friction between them and it slides off the flatbed even when vehicle is not moving and is on flat surface.

can you get this thing in career mode?

 

the textures are all glitched help me i verified the game files and even ran a sfc /scannow. its still glitched i unsubscribed and subscribed and still not work its a really good forklift but now for some reason the textures are all messed up

 

Maybe check for broken mods and see if one of them is causing this

 

Have you tried clearing cache through the game launcher? It's under Support Tools

 

That's the "No material" orange. If you had the mod installed previously, make sure to clear cache.

I've done a huge cleanup of the materials naming, so if you still have a cached copy of the old materials it might break things.
