Don't forget that someone made this: https://www.beamng.com/resources/roane-county-tennessee-usa.1586/ It's over 450 sq/km, but i guess it also depends on the number of buildings in the map as well.
It was released in 2016, the quality standard and so the amount of details has changed alot since 8 years. So this isn't a valable comparison. Polish Roads is way smaller but it requires a very good computer to run it at 60 fps in 1080p.
If we're talking about porting maps from other racing games, I'd like to see the map from Midnight Club: Los Angeles here, that including the South Central expansion.
Maybe something from an older generation might be easier to port. Like, instead of MCLA's map, maybe porting over some of the maps from the first three titles? I'd really love to see someone port MC3's Atlanta map, easily my favorite from the first three titles.
can someone help me. I have added the map to my own dedicated server. I cannot seem to click continue at the "welcome to nfs mw map port" message. If i click continue nothing happens any way to fix it?
Whenever I delete something in the editor I don't want (such as the ramp blocking one of the train tracks close to the south station spawn) the game promptly crashes, any reason to why that is and is there a workaround for it?
I think its beammp Yea but it will be tricky Ventura bay was never supposed to have day and night only night
My childhood map is AMAZING, just one issue. The Kerbs are a bit too tall for some cars. But apart from that, it is majestic
While I do think that would be cool, it'd probably be insanely hard to get in game, not to mention needing a NASA PC to run... I think the maps from any of the first three Midnight Club games would be a far more achievable goal.
Agreed, I'd really like to see MCII's LA map, but the polygons on some of the roads (such as the highway exit into the beach area) are a bit sharp (hard bumps) and would require smoothening out.
Most likely, but such is the case with all map ports to BeamNG tbh. Maps from other racing/driving/open world games aren't really suited for the near-realistic physics BeamNG has
Is there a download of just the map itself without the UI and crash camera additions? They are cool features, but they are a bit of a pain to deal with when doing cinematic stuff.
is there anyway to make the roads not wet??? i love the map but it makes it a little difficult to drive.
