Personally a fan of what changes may come with tdev looking into the camera path editor and replay additions. In the devs section of the forums he has mentioned currently working on increasing the replay’s fps which is already huge

I would like to see their version of Prius. But I think Burnside remaster and 1929 Ford A-Type is great for Drag race update and maybe we will see that. Question more interesting is what they will add for a Drag race update. I have a theory that maybe modern muscle car ("Like Mustang, or Dodge Challenger") could be in works, because for example: Police gameplay: Interceptor, Drag races: Fits well, Drift: Fits well, Motorsports: fits well.
Eh we've got the Bastion and Diana (which has a V8 and could fill the SN95 niche?), this might feel repetitive. Burnside remaster, Hot Rod type car or Prius-like would make more sense regarding the existing content I think

Not sure if this is new. But under forest editor, when selecting a forest object, there is Parallax mapping. I use world editor a lot, but i dont remember seeing this before. (i could be wrong) Parallax mapping is usually used to give textures more 3D look. But its pretty demanding. But in this case its used for interiors (i think). (Popular example is spider-man) One thing that puzzles me is that its only in the forest editor. Cannot find anything related to it in material editor. Also, majority of buildings in WCUSA are basic mesh objects, and not forest items. With exception of 1 building and all suburbs buildings. (that i could find.) Also cant find anything that currently uses it. One theory i have is that they might be planning to change a lot of the buildings into forest items. As currently a lot of buildings in WCUSA are bundled into 1 mesh rather than being seperate. And instancing them as forest items (thats how they usually do guardrails). Which could slightly improve performance (Could also make it worse, not guaranteed). Parallax also seems to have existed in the game previously for terrain materials in 2014-2015. (thread) Take everything here with a grain of salt, as its very speculative.
Yes, I know it's not a "true" muscle car because it's not american and has 2 seats, but it's a coupe, has I6 and V8, RWD, motorsports configs, drift config, and police config, and I don't even know why it doesn't have a dragster config. --- Post updated --- Cherrier FCV will be an excellent car for a Prius-like hybrid.
