my game crashes with error 0x00000001 when im trying to spawn traffic

    i tried to reinstall the game and clean the cache and this didn't help. when i checked the files 1 was missing(bng::Launcher::findMissingDependencies| * External ERROR vcruntime140_1.dll - NOT FOUND).
    i think my game crushes because of it. also when im starting the game the error appears(i attached the photo), but it appeared before and i could normally play with it.
