    Yakuza 5 has multiple unique city maps not found in other games in the series, those being set in Fukuoka, Nagoya and Sapporo in Japan. Usually I would have things in different threads but due to the fact the latter two are smaller maps (but still bigger than a simple showroom map) I've decided to bundle all 3 of these maps from the game here to avoid cluttering the forum and all.
    The original Yakuza 5 was released on the PS3, so these maps are much better optimised than our previous Yakuza ports by way of having older assets meaning most people should be able to run these ones. Some of the main important materials have been manually upgraded to PBR to keep everything looking somewhat good and modern however :)

    Nagasugai (Fukuoka)
    This is the main attraction of this thread, being the largest of the three cities, and is based on the real life district of Nakasu in Fukuoka, Japan. In the original game it's home to the taxi racing minigame, meaning this one is better designed for actually driving on (for example the outer perimeter roads are also fully detailed) so works a bit better in BeamNG than some of the other stuff we've ported before.
    This one is the most complete of the bunch, being pretty much done save from some small bits and all the reworking carpark models I want to do (because how dare they skimp on modelling the random lod carpark areas you can't access in the originals).

    Kineicho (Nagoya)
    This is based on the real life Naka area of Nagoya, prominently featuring the Nagoya TV Tower and surrounding park. While not as large as Fukuoka, this map still has some amount of playable area, with some of the outer roads being nicely detailed still which I wasn't expecting tbh it's a nice surprise
    This one is much earlier in development, with it only having some basic cleanup and work beyond the importing stage but is starting to look at least somewhat presentable right now :)

    Tsukimino (Sapporo)
    This map is based on the Susukino area of Sapporo in Hokkaido, and the smallest of the three maps. It's mostly noteworthy for being set in the snow (because Hokkaido) and features a collection of ice sculptures in the park area (this is where that ice hatsune miku comes from).
    This one also has been imported into the game but it looks a hell of a lot messier than Nagoya given all the transparent materials they use for the snow effects, and hasn't been worked on beyond that yet so not worth showing for now. Have the ice miku instead:

    Credits:
    @Car_Killer - Large amounts of work on the map from creating tools to working magic on the materials to custom lua to just about anything else fancy featured in the map
    @Dummiesman - Some lua extras
    theturboturnip - Yakuza GMD tools
    Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio/SEGA - Original Yakuza series

    These are some of the last Yakuza maps to port, as I'm sure the people who don't like the small undrivable silly japan maps will be glad to hear. We do have the hawaii map ingame and working but it's not really usable for 90% of people currently (just too much stuff, imagine wcusa but 10x worse on the pc) so we're waiting on engine improvements before progressing there, hence this project instead. Beyond that there's another showroom map from Yakuza 5 (the snowy mountain village) I fancy making, as well as a potential redo of Ryukyu with the new tools for future content for this series of mods.

    None of the maps are released right now as we're waiting for all of them to be done first, but they will all be available here once finished up. For now though you can check out the now quite big list of other small undrivable silly japan maps:

    I honestly don't think there's any Yakuza game that's set in a fictionalized version of Shibuya, is there?

    But yeah, that ice sculpture is just fitting.
