TOO MUCH LAG.

To get it out of the way.
Intel Core i7-4790 CPU 3.60GHz
16GB of RAM
GTX 760
So pretty mid range.
After the 0.4.2.2 update to the game, it lags SO BADLY. It takes a long time for vehicles to load in to the map, and it also has a very slow response on the main menu. In-game I only get from 10-15 fps when before the update It ran a very smooth 60fps.

I turned on the high performance power setting on my PC.
I set all the graphics settings to the lowest they can be.
I deleted all the local files manually and re installed it and put the graphics settings back down.
Please help.

 

im having same problem things arent loading in fast and when i drive i lag so much like im not even moving. its getting realy anoying and i just got the game.
