I am looking for a new laptop to buy in the (hopefully) near future. I would like to at least have: An Intel I5 8GB RAM Nvidia GTX 1050Ti 4Gb VRAM I prefer to have: Intel I5 or I7 8 or 16 GB RAM Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB I'm not picky about a hard drive because I've already got a couple. This is the one I have been looking at. http://www.dell.com/en-us/member/sh...on-15-7000-gaming/spd/inspiron-15-7577-laptop I'm trying to go with Dell, and as cheap as possible. I feel like if I go with the 7577 I think it has better value and performance for the price tag. I'm looking for some thing under $1000. What's your opinion? I'm not lost or anything, just want to see what you think. (It may help also) I am looking at a laptop that is affordable, good quality, reliable, and is capable of running BeamNG over 60 FPS on decent settings. (And doing some Blender stuff too, iGPUs don't cut it.) I have been looking at this by the way. https://www.beamng.com/threads/best-gpu-for-1080p-gaming.54368/#post-860590 That's why I prefer a 1060.
I have the same laptop, it's a really good device. (well, I got the 1050 Ti version since the 1060 one is too expensive on my area) Also, you could also consider this, as the 7577 is quite old now. http://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/dell-laptops/new-dell-g7-15-gaming/spd/g-series-15-7588-laptop
I'd get that, but the 1060 seems a little expensive for me. Looks like a good value though. The nice thing about it is that it has the latest Intel CPU.
