Another person to verify 20cm of snow is normal

In some parts of the US of A, that is normal. Like Alaska, LOL.

I know people in Georgia, they came up for Christmas, on the 25th of December there was no snow on the ground, as usual, they said 'wow, we figured it would be some sort of nuclear winter up here'
We woke up in the morning, and couldn't open the door because of the snow, we had to jump out the window to get to my parents house, the plows still ran though, so we could drive
