Experimental - 0.3 vehicle and props pack

This mod adds the (extremely) old vehicles back to beamng
there was really no goal in this but it was done anyway lol.

vehicles added:
old bolide
old d series
old h series
old covet
old grand marshal

Old flip ramp
Old barrier
Old cones
Old tirestacks
Old speed signs
Old barrel

awesome video by neilogical showing the cars and the techdemo gridmap

silly and funny features:
cars are stuck the default colour so its oddly similar to real life because of painting prices lol
bolides lights dont pop up but still light up,yes its like this in 0.3
the h series delivery config doesnt like corners too much (extremely funny and good for crashes)
They still have that good old repeating engine sound.

holy crap its been so long i forgot how bad cars were in 0.3 lol The bolides suspension is horrendous and when it crashes head on it feels so stiff and weird and then the doors freak out. i would love to see tire screech noises added to these tho even if its the new ones.

I remember in the old pre-alpha days, even just acknowledging the accelerator's existence was enough to send the Bolide into a spin.
