10K Deo Volente - The almost fastest Automation car 8.0

On Neilogicals video about my Deo Volente and the V10 Destroyer, The creator of the V10 Destroyer announced that his car will go 2100mph soon and has provided some proof.
So I didnt wait long and got to work to make the Deo Volente even faster.
It not only went up from Mach 2.2 to Mach 3.3, But it also broke the 4000km/h barrier!
It can now go 4132km/h aka 2567mph.

Now thats... fast.
Soon we'll go Mach 4.4 boiiis xD

The sound at top speed really give its configuration name 'soundbreaker' all honor...As the speed literally is breaking the sound. You have to hear it yourself to see how broken the sound gets!

Further along the line, I have changed the info file so that the description now explicitly say in CAPS to use the Airspeedometer as Speirs and some other people rely on the inaccurate Wheelspedometer.
I also did a few changes to the end of the text.

Instead of 'Its a Super sonic car god damn' it now says 'Its a Hyper sonic car god damn' as Performance class
The Derby class has been changed from 'Supers sonic car' to 'Hyper sonic car'
