Yes, it's the 1950s.



It's huge, it's slow, it's got a V8, and it drives like a boat. Basically the entire 1950s car design ideology in a nutshell.

The SKY California is an advanced retrofuturistic vehicle designed to reflect the future. (Or at least, 1956's rendition of the future)

As such, it comes with a massive 8-liter V8 that produces 330 horsepower, and an automatically shifting transmission with two gear ratios. The advanced Sky-Matic™ automatically shifting transmission only features two pedals; the gas to accelerate and the brake to slow. No clutch! That oughta save you a leg! For more intricate control, you have two final drive ratios; a low gear and a high gear.

Another advanced feature is the SKY Industries 4-wheel drive! Unfortunately, our pioneering 4WD system could cause axle windup when driven on roads, so it can be disabled, leaving the vehicle to run on the rear wheels only
