Duplicated race manual shifter mesh bug fix

Fixed hood and tailgate not latching on cut body
Added animated shifters

-The check engine light material was causing the car to be invisible so I just removed it since it wasn't extremely important.
-Also added openable panels, may have some issues but I wanted to get the fix out quickly so I haven't had time to thoroughly test
