Outdated 1981 - 1996 Wentward 5000 Series 0.9.4

This update brings you...
- New interior (dashboard, doorpanels, shifters, steering wheels)
- New transmissions, removed 12-speed and added 6-speed and 13-speed transmissions
- New engine (Strode S600)
- Improved engines
- Updated some configs

I do not feel very motivated to work on this project. I had planned on doing more things to the interior but decided to release as is.

It is also very possible that the next update (0.29) might include the T-Series...

- lots of new configs
- working manual shifters (10-speed, 12-speed, 18-speed)
- compatability with the 1989 - 1996 Wentward 5100 Series mod

- fixed startup sounds
- turbo is now louder
- gear whine adjusted

Just removed a useless config.
