1995 Ibishu Kashira (Gen 2) 3.1.2

Hey everyone! It's been a while. This is the first major update for the Kashira, and aims to fix some of the most annoying bugs while also introducing some new and exciting content. (^^)

This update adds the new "MR-V" version of the Kashira, a compact "soft-roader" aimed at those who wanted more snow-faring capability than the regular Kashira, but didn't want a car as big and impractical as the Roamer or Hopper. Every MR-V is equipped with a 4WD drivetrain, a different tailgate design, different cosmetic parts, and high-trim versions even come with a basic ESC system designed for offroading!

Other significant changes include (in no particular order):

• added "MR-V" trim levels
• added MR-V cosmetic parts
• fixed front splitter jiggle
• reduced instability in rear suspension
• strengthened ramplow
• reworked sound system for 0.16, including various intakes and exhausts
• added new intake options
• reduced power on default jato configs to improve instability issues
• added "ultra" jato rocket part
• added "ludicrous" jato rocket part (for the memes)
• stiffened rear jato mounts
  
• added "beamng.space" skin
• added "hazard" skin
• tweaked tuning and parts on several configs
• completely redesigned v6 turbo mesh
• edited shape of engine bay to have slightly more space
• fixed radiator clipping issues on v6 engines
• added basic ev drivetrain (that will be expanded upon in future updates)
• reworked esc logic to better replicate official cars
• added simplified esc for "offroad" versions
• added "advanced" esc with all control options
• various mesh improvements on several parts
• added "RWD Drag" variant
