[2 Rotor Wankel Update!] RK's Highly Customizable Engines (20 Enginestypes!) 4.2.2

First of all, a huge thanks to everyone using this mod! One million downloads is just an insanely big number! For that reason, I have finally added the most demanded enginetype, a 2 Rotor Wankel/Rotary engine!

Keep in mind, the Rotary engine just uses one stock beamng engine sound, so there is no real "Brap" sound, but I tried my best to imitate the "brap" with the various ports at idle. The Peripheral Port is the most extreme one and also idles at 3000 RPMs like some engines do in real life. It's not 100% realistic like the whole mod, but I tried my best to make it as variable and customizable an engine as possible.
