Beta 2001 Volkswagen W12 Concept 1.3

Medium sized update. Spent a few hours just trying to fix the back end bottoming out and pulling the whole car around. In a much more drivable state now.

Changes/Fixes:
-Stiffened back end to max, car still has back suspension issues on launch but its more manageable
-Messed around heavily with tire size, compound, wheel size, width, aero options, aero angles, weight distributions. Got automation's grip, speed and suspension graphs in a reasonable state. No more oversteer on graphs.
-Increased brake size and decreased force. Helps with braking and aethetics.
-Did additional interior work. Centered steering wheel and badge. Moved beamng first person camera angle. Fixed engine separator behind seats, added speakers and VW emblem.
-Reworked the V12. Dropped it from 1400HP to 850HP. Helps with control and stability.
-Fixtured an engine bay and resized/moved the V12 to fit better
