Alpha 2018 Porsche 919 Hybrid EVO 1.2.6

What changed?

After a long break, i finally decided to make an interior! On this update its gonna be a very basic one but futures updates will come with a better and more detailled interior and some other changes.

Fixtures:
- New basic interior with working steering wheel (180 degrees)
- Fixed (or at least tried) to fix a few textures glitches when driving
- Added number plate on nikita031100x request (hope it works!)

Suspensions:
- Slightly higher rear ride height
- Even stiffer front/rear suspensions (now tires should not glitch through the body when at max speed, or at least way less)
- Less negative rear camber (0.2 less)

Engine:
Very tiny tweaks for a slightly better power curve
Tiny power gain (+4Nm/+7hp at peak power)

Other:
-The car is 14kg lighter than v1.02 (914kg now)
- Changed the year of the car to 2020 (will be 2018 next update to match the real 919).
