Alpha 2018 Porsche 919 Hybrid EVO 1.2.6

What changed?

Larger update to try to fix an older steering issue bug, as well as many other changes.

Fixtures:
- Fixed around 15-20 more bugged fixutres, especially at the front, exhaust textures doesn't glitch anymore.

Suspensions:
- Complete rework of the suspensions, changed suspension type, stiffness values aswell as toe and anti-roll bars.

Wheels:
- Changed wheel sizes exactly like the irl counterpart, results in a slightly lower weight.

Other:
- Further optimised the drag coefficient once again, top speed remains unchanged.
- Due to the large amount of changes made the car got lighter, it now is very close to the irl version (884kg now compared to 888kg with ballast for the irl 919 EVO)
