2020 Hirochi CCF Rework 1.1.6.1

Hands down the best vehicle mod I've downloaded. Filled with a lot of features and some that aren't even in official developer-made mods.

im aware that the error is happening so i cant download it, but man, this mod gotta be so good that too many people downloaded it at once and it broke the repo, lol

This is hands-down my favorite BeamNG mod.
I have waited a year and a half for this, excitedly ogling at progress updates and complimenting the team for their work. It's all in the details.
Now, let's go over some details that I noticed that aren't listed in the page:
1. The tachometer needle is slightly smoothened and delayed, just like in a real car.
2. A check engine light shows not just for engine failure, but realistically simulates sensors being confused when aftermarket parts are installed.
3. While not j-beamed, there are little fins that stick out of the arch tubs, just like on real modern cars.
4. There is a warning light for broken light bulbs.
I want to finally thank Theo, Finn, and their team for their wonderful work on creating something that scratches my itch for realism in a package that looks phenomenal.

A little too good for 5 stars...

Too much hype, not enough substance

While this mod has been rightfully anticipated, and has had many firsts in terms of details and features for BeamNG cars, the full package falls short. You'd expect this kind of car to excel in handling, but the CCF only disappoints. The body and the wheels feel "detached" due to the suspension, and this, for me, takes out most of the joy of driving this.

i havnt tryed it yet but car with working buttons and fake name are the best

Look I haven't even downloaded this mod yet and I know it's a banger. Clearly beyond dev quality, and the man Theo has clearly put a ton of work into it and been good about documenting it's progress. That being said, the dang ol download link isn't working rn but I am sure that will be fixed soon, especially given the slew of other messages reporting the same problem. Looking forward to downloading when it is fixed though!
