2020 Hirochi CCF Rework 1.1.6.1

Hello!

This is a major update that has been months in the making. Here's the changelog:

• added fully-fledged infotainment system with the ability to interact with a mouse: (Internal @DaddelZeit, UI by me)

• added low-end black and white gauge screens, for 190-4 and 4R models. (Internal @DaddelZeit, UI by me)

• lowered spring on lengthways chassis brace to try and prevent crash explosions
• added auto start/stop, which is default off in the screen (zeit)
  
• changed headlight projection texture type to make them render correctly
• strengthened 'front weak flexbody nodes' on front suspension
• added back the softtop's unlatching sound (beamng renamed it from canopy_open to canopy_small_open)
• zoomed in centre mirrors to better replicate real cars
• removed offsetRotation on all physical mirrors to match .32 standards
• made radiator harder to break
• changed DRL behaviour, in order to make them not turn off when auto start/stop is active
