Hello again,

Some more fixes- this will become a more frequent thing now the repo is up and running, don't expect another 1.0.1 size update for a while

- added brake glow back: accidentally removed it and kept it removed after thumbnails
- fixed F4 traffic car rear wheels not having a mesh
- slightly strengthened steering rack
- made the gauge glow disable on impact, like the rest of the dash lights
- fixed soarin' ccf rear wheel stability
- made all soarin' ccf wheels consistent in beam and node properties
- removed AO underneath mirror stand, to allow the mirrors to come off
- changed the way the Nomi seat UV is flipped on the left side, to allow for better seat skinning
