Ello again,

Here's some more changes and fixes

- fixed boot limiter essentially breaking with any boot lip
- fixed trip odo for real this time (zeit) (there was a 0.001x modifier apparently)
- fixed rear wheel instability on the soarin ccf wheels, was a nodeweight issue
- added S splitters to e270, to be consistent with the eCCF S badge
- added eCCF brakes, signified by blue calipers
- made all ccfs above and including 240hp have selecta sport tyres by default
- fixed left race seat model name
