2020 Hirochi CCF Rework 1.1.6.1

Hi!

I've gone up to 1.1.1, as I don't want too many hotfixes under 1 update.

This update includes major adjustments to the brakes, more accurate config stats (i believe they were last updated around 1.0.6ish), and some minor fixes.

Here's the changes:

• removed distinction between auto and manual auto start stop, as the auto as/s works fine for both
  
• reduced strength of all oem brakes
• reduced cooling capability of all oem brakes
• reduced ABS reliance on all oem brakes
• fixed zeitODO adding trip miles on every spawn (zeit)
• fixed bonnet
• reduced stiffness of base anti-roll bars
• fixed offroadster gauges showing full names
  
• new config stats and thumbnails
  
• fixed RHD screen controls not being flipped (zeit)
• actually updated the version string in the screen (wow)
