2A4WD Transfer Case 0.1.1

Locking LSD Differentials file name and display name have changed. Included configs have been updated as well but any configs you have created will need to have the parts readded. Diffs now have (2A4WD) in their name in the parts selector.

Updated configs, added configs, and added new transfercases for current and new vehicles.

Added support for 6x6 D--Series and Gamer!'s Ultimate Pickup Parts in the form of locking LSDs for both axles and automatic locking of both rear axle diffs and interaxle diff at the same time with the correct Differential Controller.

Both rear diffs must be of the same type (LSD or Open type) and correct rear diff controller must be installed to work correctly

Added 2AWD Transfercase that toggles between RWD and AWD.

Added 2A4H Transfercase that toggles between 2WD, AWD, and 4WD without low range.

Added A4WD Transfercase that toggles between AWD, 4HI, and 4LO.

Added Bastion, ETK 800, ETK I, and Vivace Transfercases.
