Beta 3.0L Diesel Sound For Van (Gavril-H) 1.3

Certainly :). The vehicle used is the same one recorded for the game except this one is modified more so to be a bit throatier. I'm actually planning to improve and remake this sound in the future as this was made prior to the most recent FMOD update so it needs some retuning. Thanks though :).

Thanks :). It's not going to get it because of reasons explained, this isn't a transit sound but a modified Hilux with intake mod, the idle is very clean and modern somit won't have that diesel tap. However, mod coming up soon will be full on transjt.

I know right? Despite being a more modern engine I really do love the sound these samples generate in the long roads, up hill and racing, such good fun.

Yes indeed! I havn't played with engine data much yet but at least there are plenty of nice engines to use on these forums/repo. What I may do...is find a way to make it so whatever the engine data you have installed, if you have one of my sounds mods installed you can select it from a drop down no problem. Will have to look into this in the future.

Thanks :). You can quite easily change the power in the engine file however if desired I can release an update with a variety of powers in it :). I'm not used to such slow moderation system when making changes or uploading files so unfortunately you'll have to wait a day or 2 for the changes lol. I'll look into moar powa though for sure.

Cheers :). As soon as I found out this game used the FMOD sound system when they updated it I was straight on it :). I've actually been sound missing other games for about 5 years however for now, hope to keep focus on this as the game has so much customisation I can add potentially.

Well, if you edit the 3L_Diesel_Pack.zip\vehicles\van\3L_Diesel\30LDIESEL jbeam file and look at the "torque" section, change it too whatever you like and even change the max rpm if you like, although you'll get my overrev sound from 5400 onwards lol unless i upload different versions...that would be a good idea actually...hmm.

But yeah, you can change the power yourself quite easily in this file. I only copied the power specs from the top end Artic Trucks varient with a similar curve. The transmissions available for the H-Series are not the greatest either so perhaps if there are tranmission mods out there too, worth a fiddle :).
