    It's not actually 4 wheel drive. You're using the transmission from 3 wheeled car and you're putting it into the 4 wheeled model. It just doesn't work, it's a RWD.
    Btw, these configs are not installed as a mod, they need to be extracted into your saved vechicles folder...
