Outdated 6.0L and 6.7L Diesel for D-Series 1.8 patch, for game 0.19

There has been a few beamng major version releases since I've touched this mod.

Finally had time to patch for the latest version of game 0.19.4

Fixes:
-Exhaust is fixed.
-Fuel tank fixed.
-Now using new/correct engine mesh.
-Differentials configured/show up in menu's like original vehicles do now.
-Fixed missing and incorrect parts for default configs in d-series menu.
-I'm sure there was others

There is a missing feature going forward... I can't seem to get my interior with the diesel tachometer to work so for now that will just be not included. :/

New additions to mod:
-4 speed auto available for diesel engines.
-High Performance Exhaust, option (level up from 'high flow exhaust')
-CVT is more responsive to on and off throttle.
