'87-'06 Gavril Durham r1.2

Hi all. I've made it clear that I don't work on this mod anymore but I also don't want it to be forever unplayable so this is a fix so it's at least playable. I also wanted to release some of the unreleased add-on mods however the file became too large so those can be found on the main post of the discussion thread. The main notes from this update are:

Fixed camera issue and vehicle reload issue
Added up to date fifth wheel
Added compressor and air tank for new trailer system, they must be equipped for any vehicle towing a larger trailer with air brakes
Added openables (However door detents were broken and I could not fix them)
Added functional mirrors for most cases
Released the tandem large axles - they are usable however they are not well made and quite fragile lol
