'87-'06 Gavril Durham r1.2

Hi all. I've made it clear that I don't work on this mod anymore but I also don't want it to be forever unplayable so this is a fix so it's at least playable. I also wanted to release some of the unreleased add-on mods however the file became too large so those can be found on the main post of the discussion thread. The main notes from this update are:

Fixed camera issue and vehicle reload issue
Added up to date fifth wheel
Added compressor and air tank for new trailer system, they must be...

Quick albeit delayed fix for the broken offroad tire textures. A bigger update with plenty of stuff coming (fairly) (hopefully) soon!
