'88 Pessima EV 1.1.0

In this update, quite a lot of things got reworked or added!

• standard motor
  
  • 100hp -> 60hp
  • more evened out power curve, so it is more usable
• standard battery
  • moved nodes into the engine bay, adjusted weight
  • 15kWh -> 5kWh
• final drive ratio
  • higher ratio for more acceleration and now using entire motor power range
  • added 2 more ev-specific final drive ratios
  • ev-ratios are now avaibale for front and rear dif
  ...

This update fixes the texture pathing for the electric drivetrain components.

Changes:
- edited code in materials file
- changed mod .zip name to "e_pessima" so auto-updates work from now on
