Unsupported '91~'96 Ibishu Shima 1.0.3

again like always CLEAR CACHE
this update is small, as i dont really have time to work on the mod

fixes:

- Moved gooseneck hitch forward to account for weight distribution
- Removed the 2L+2M crates bc they were causing bugs
- Fixed pulley rotations
- FIxed throttlebody textures on i4
- FInially fixed veering to the side (weight increased on both frame and body to account for the goofy rack jbeam being weight sensitive)

yeah shmol update but fixed big bug so goober :3

yes im also aware the understeer is much worse now but i still havent been able to fix it
