Added a vehicle controler so you have ignition and engine sounds, no physical engine or visible, same with propellers they didnt want to work so far.
Added back the steering thruster because the rudders suck, changed some speed values, still have rudder but it now does less.

Fixed Config, added rudders
Fixed the configuration so it spawns with the parts installed, changed the parts to core slots so they will for sure be installed.
Added rudders, functioning but slightly slower turning.
