Unsupported Advanced Island Redux 2.3

This version should finally remove Dry Rock Island and fix the night sky. However, as always, please let me know if you encounter issues.

Upon loading this map without Dry Rock Island installed I do not get any issues. I was also able to fix the night sky bug and you can now drive around in true darkness. I'm considering adding street lights if I can figure out how they work along with the day/night cycle.
