This mod uses latitude, axis tilt, time of year and other info to calculate Sun declination. Every change is applied in real time.
1. Time (month, day, hour, minute).
List of controls
2. Latitude.
3. Azimuth offset that lets you change the direction of north.
4. Axial tilt.
5. Simulation speed (hrs/s). The maximum simulation speed is 24 hours per second.
To open the app, press T key (can be changed). I tried to make the controls intuitive, but I'm afraid they can still be overwhelming for those who are not familiar with astronomy stuff. Try simulating a polar day/night, it is mesmerizing! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Midnight_sun
This mod has a drawback: it breaks Time of Day value on the 'Environment' tab.
