Beta Aegis II - Downforce Fan Prototype 2.4.5

1. added new suspension comfiguration and new ESC setup.
2. added beginner variant equip with 2 bike engine that combine power near 300hp. the engine can easily push this super light weight car 0-100kph (62mph) in 2.3 second, top speed 319kph(198mph).
3. beginner variant has downforce fan on it but it is a bit weaker than other one.
4. tweak 3200hp variant, make it a bit easier to drive.
5. fixed Max fan force variant weird jumping issue.
6. fixed 3200hp variant keep stalling at start.
