Outdated Agassiz Speedway 1.01

Now that you can manually set speed, here's a tiny update that simply enables basic AI pathing of the main track.

***Please note that if you don't have good download speed/ or know how to use the editor, I just changed the driveability of the track to 1. I only recommend downloading this update if you are clueless with the editor!***
