    - Fixes major performance issue during loading of a stage due to reading driveline.json file. Previously it was reading line-by-line, and now it reads the whole file into memory and then splits into lines. This was very slow when reading from zipped/packed mod, but not unpacked.
    - Changes all stages to NOT prioritize player vehicle, so that the Scenarios menu method of starting stages will load the right default cars.

    This update brings a major new feature: "dynamic codriver"

    You no longer have to manually place audio triggers. Instead, the vehicle's position and speed are used to play the pacenote a certain number of seconds ahead of the corner.

    Known issue: sometimes the vehile tracker can lose track of the vehicle, and pacenotes stop playing. You can fix this by driving backwards on the course to the last pacenote you heard, and turn around. We're working to track down this issue and make it...

    NOTE: if you have any custom stages, they will need to be updated to work with v0.4.2-alpha
    - delete the generated_pacenotes folder for the stage
    - open the stage in rally editor
    - click "Refresh Distance Calls"
    - click "Refresh Punctuation"
    - save
    - open the mission in RaceLink to re-generate audio
