Beta AJ's Auto Repairs Skin Pack. 1.3

So this pack hasn't seen a proper update, sooo, I decided to update it. Here's what's changed.

- Configs no longer require other mods
- Revamped 2 configs
- Fixed minor errors on all skins
- Make the UV's look more tidy.
- Changed the " O " on " Auto " to a more clearer Target, to still go along with the AJ Auto design, but it's now more visible.
- Changed the thumbnails.
- Edited the files so it shouldn't conflict with another skin pack. Thank to those who reported that.
- And a few more minor bugs.

I have also changed the pictures on the main screen to show them off in 0.23. Yes, they work in 0.23.
