Beta Allison Transmission megapack 2.8

It was brought to my attention that the Allison transmissions had a bit of a hard time shifting through some gears, mostly on the Allison TC10, CLBT 755, HT764 etc.

The update is not perfect but should hopefully make the transmissions handle a bit better now.

So, I've made adjustments to all Allison transmissions on the Gavril MD-Series & Gavril T-Series.

For the Allison TC10, I've made adjustments to the torque converters, according to Google researching, there was a claim made that the Allison TC10 used the same torque converter types as the Allison 4000 Series transmission did.

I've also deleted out most of the additional transmissions that were given to the Gavril D-Series, H-Series and Hopper, this was due to certain transmissions being unrealistic for those vehicles listed, they will only come with the Allison 1000 & 2500/2550 Series transmission, there is also a Diesel variant of those transmissions for those who want to use the 6.0L Diesel V8 Engine (or any other engine that runs on Diesel fuel) on the vehicles listed in bold text above.

There is also a new vehicle added to the mod.
I've added the support for the 1992-1996 Ford Bronco by baldmtn
This vehicle will now come with the Allison 1000 & 2500/2550 Series transmission.
There will be two variants for that vehicle, the regular variant & the Diesel variant.
The Diesel variant has its own slot type and will not be visible if not equipped if the engine doesn't support the following slot type for the transmission.
