New update v2.3

Added 3 more transmissions to the mod.

These transmissions include the following.

Allison HT746
Allison MTB 643
Allison MTB 653DR (DR stands for Deep Reduction)

These new transmissions are now available under the following vehicles.

Gavril D-Series pickup
Gavril MD-Series
Gavril H-Series van
Gavril T-Series semi
Ibishu Hopper
Wentward Bus

Please be aware since that the Gavril MD-Series already has 2 similar transmissions that were related to the Allison MTB 643 and the Allison MTB 653DR as they shared the same gear ratios as the 4 and 5 speed automatic transmission that comes with the Gavril MD-Series by default, so the Gavril MD-Series will only be getting an Allison HT746.
