Beta Allison Transmission megapack 2.8

Corrected the maximum clutch torque rating on the torque converters for the Allison transmissions, originally, they were set to lb-ft (pound foot), after some researching on BeamNG, I realized that the torque rating was actually set to read in nm (newton meters), this should help out in some way to improve the transmissions in this mod.

There has been a major rework to the torque converters, for example all the transmissions now have a proper displayment for the torque converters except for one transmission, this would be the Allison 9 speed transmission, reason for this was because I couldn't find enough details on the torque converter details such as the correct torque converter ratios to the torque converter number, for example.

Now for the Nissan Terrano mod, I have added support for the LHD transmission.
The Allison TC10 has gotten another rework, removed the Allison 4000 torque converters from the Allison TC10.
Here are the new specs that the Allison TC10 now gets.

The transmission has a maximum lockup clutch torque of 1850 lb-ft (2508nm)
The transmission locks up the torque converter on 1st gear
The transmission has a minimum torque converter lockup RPM of 1100
