Anarchy C.D. , Chimera-Deity Mk2 MK2.2

This update fixes countless glitches and add various features aswell.
It brings the Chimera out of it's previous Beta state.
Here's the list of updates that I remember (there was an absolute ton)

-Added more color options
-Stabilized handling
-Retuned downforce jets
-Retuned Aero
-Completely remixed Engine sounds and did a total sound and exhaust system overhaul.
-Overhauled the fixture animation method and redid all of the animations.
-Changed the Tire meshes to Full Slicks, and replaced brake disk and caliper meshes aswell.
-Added rear exterior shift light
-Fixed the lighting to not absolutely blind you and reduce lag.
-Changed the gearbox behavior to have a softer launch unless revved up.
-Increased top speed to 285 Mph (458 Kph)
-Fixed some materials
